APC Chairman Engages Shekarau and Gwarzo in Kano Visit

The APC chairman visited Kano to engage with political figures Shekarau and Gwarzo, aiming to encourage their return to the APC. During the visit, he highlighted the necessity for guidance and mentorship within the party, urging members to support the leadership.

Shekarau acknowledged the visit as a sign of respect and seriousness, noting the importance of addressing political futures in light of challenges faced by the opposition, particularly the PDP. He stated that no immediate decision was made regarding rejoining the APC, but consultations would continue in the coming days.

Shekarau emphasized that any decision would prioritize the overall interests of Kano State. The visit occurred shortly after Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf met with Shekarau at his residence three days prior.
