APC Endorses Tinubu as Sole Candidate for 2027 Elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) congresses in various states, including Kaduna, Gombe, Kebbi, Taraba, and Edo, have officially endorsed Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the sole presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections. In Kaduna, Governor Uba Sani reaffirmed the state chapter's loyalty to Tinubu's agenda during a congress held in Murtala Muhammed Square, emphasizing the need for unity and a consensus candidate approach.

The congress aims to mobilize two million votes for Tinubu in the upcoming elections. Similarly, Gombe State's Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya highlighted the party's strength and unity, noting an impressive membership growth of 400,000 during a recent registration exercise.

In Edo State, the congress led by Jarrett Teneb also endorsed Tinubu, with Adam Oshiomhole receiving support for a second term in the Senate. The endorsements reflect a strategic alignment within the party as they prepare for the electoral cycle ahead.
