APC Disowns Fake Membership Card Featuring Bandit Leader's Photo in Zamfara State

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State has disowned a fake membership card bearing the image of a notorious bandit leader, Bello Turji. The party raised an alarm over the circulation of the forged card, labeling it as a desperate ploy to tarnish the party's image.

The APC's Public Secretary in the state, Malam Yusuf Idris, emphasized that the card was clearly forged and linked to mischievous elements aiming to disrupt the ongoing electronic membership registration process. Investigations have preliminarily linked the fake card to individuals like Babangida Aliyu Shinkafi and Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, both known associates.

The party urged the public to disregard the fake card and assured its commitment to a transparent and credible registration exercise.
