APC Launches Ekiti Campaign Council for Oyebanji's Reelection

The All Progressives Congress (APC) inaugurated the Ekiti Campaign Council for Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s reelection bid in Abuja on Wednesday. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the Governor of Kwara State, chaired the campaign council and expressed confidence that Oyebanji would secure a second term in office.

Abdulrazaq commended Oyebanji's administration, describing him as one of the best candidates in the APC, citing achievements in infrastructure development, social welfare, education, and healthcare. He noted that the administration had constructed roads, expanded social protection programs, provided scholarships, and strengthened healthcare services.

The campaign council was designed to reflect the party's broad national reach and mobilize support for Oyebanji's reelection bid. Abdulrazaq emphasized the importance of inclusivity, ensuring representation from women, youth, and persons with disabilities within the campaign structure.

He expressed confidence that funding would not pose a challenge for the campaign, highlighting the party's organizational resources and structure necessary for success in the upcoming elections.
