APC Critiques David Mark's ADC for Leadership Errors

The All Progressives Congress (APC) publicly addressed the issues surrounding the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and its leader, David Mark, during a press conference on Friday. APC's National Secretary, Felix Morka, stated that the ADC's missteps contributed to its decline, labeling Mark's actions as mischief and propaganda.

The APC accused President Bola Tinubu of attempting to weaken opposition parties and claimed that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) unlawfully withdrew recognition from the ADC's leadership. They asserted that INEC Chairman has shown partisanship and called for his removal.

The ADC, however, insisted it would proceed with its scheduled activities despite pending litigation regarding its leadership recognition. The APC criticized Mark's faction for rushing to appeal a federal court decision, arguing that it was based on faulty premises and demonstrated a lack of seriousness in seeking legal recourse.

The ongoing legal battle over party leadership remains unresolved, with the APC emphasizing the need for clarity in the jurisdiction of the courts involved.
