APC Promises Credible Primaries in Nasarawa State

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State has committed to conducting credible primaries for the House of Representatives. During a press briefing at the party's headquarters in Lafia on Saturday, state chairman Musa Moham Guri assured that the primaries would be free, fair, and credible.

He emphasized that the national leadership of the party mandated the committee to ensure a level playing field for all aspirants vying for electoral positions in the National Assembly. Guri urged APC members across various federal constituencies to participate actively by voting for their preferred candidates and carrying their membership cards.

He stated that the committee would announce genuine winners of the primaries, which could be conducted through either direct primaries or consensus, depending on the acceptance of the aspirants. Guri also called for party members to exhibit loyalty and discipline to ensure a smooth electoral process, while Dr.
