APC Aspirant Gyang Zi Urges Support for Tinubu's Leadership

Gyang Zi, a senatorial aspirant representing Plateau North under the All Progressives Congress (APC), called on Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu in his efforts to rebuild the country. Speaking to journalists on Thursday, Zi criticized the previous administrations, particularly that of former President Goodluck Jonathan, for their failures, citing challenges such as internal sabotage and insecurity that led to a collapse of systems.

He noted that Jonathan's administration had made progress in education and poverty reduction but was undermined by various factors. Zi also stated that former President Muhammadu Buhari was unprepared for leadership during his tenure from 2015 to 2023, resulting in significant economic and educational decline.

He praised Tinubu's governance style, asserting that it aims to include every part of the country, unlike previous administrations. Zi emphasized the importance of collective support for Tinubu and mentioned recent legal changes regarding local government chairmen in Plateau State, urging voters to support him for effective representation.
