APC to Officially Welcome Governor Dauda Lawal on Tuesday

The All Progressives Congress (APC) is set to officially receive Governor Dauda Lawal on Tuesday. Hon.

Tukur Danfulani, the state party chairman, announced a stakeholders' meeting to take place in Gusau on Saturday. He instructed the 14 local government chairmen to organize a special rally to further emphasize the significance of the event, which will be held at the Sir Ahmadu Bello Sardauna Memorial Stadium in Gusau, the state capital.

Danfulani urged party members to support the event and maintain peace, especially in light of Governor Lawal's recent defection from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC. This development is seen as significant for the party's overall strategy in the state.

Vice President Kashim Shettima is expected to lead the reception of Governor Lawal at the event.
