Apple Launches iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max, and Foldable Duo

Apple has unveiled the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, with starting prices set at $1,199 (approximately N1.59 million) and $1,299 (approximately N1.73 million), respectively. This marks a $100 increase from the previous iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models.

Both models come with 256GB of storage as their base configuration. Additionally, Apple introduced its first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, which starts at $1,999 (N2,658,670) for the 256GB version.

The iPhone Duo features a book-style design with a 5.4-inch front display and a 7.6-inch internal display when unfolded. The iPhone 18 Pro models are powered by Apple's A20 Pro processors, offering enhanced CPU, GPU, and neural engine capabilities.

Battery performance has also been improved, with the iPhone 18 Pro providing up to 24 hours of charge and the Pro Max up to 30 hours. The smartphones feature a variable mechanical aperture for photography and an upgraded Siri AI for enhanced functionality.
