Aradel Holdings Plc has filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), dated July 27, 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors is scheduled to convene on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

The primary item on the agenda is the consideration and approval of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2026, covering the second quarter of the 2026 financial year.

In line with the NGX Rulebook, the company has confirmed that a closed period for trading in Aradel Holdings shares is currently in effect. This closed period will remain active until 24 hours after the Q2 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements have been officially released on the floor of the NGX.
