Aradel Holdings Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a board meeting scheduled for Friday, June 19, 2026. The meeting agenda includes consideration and approval of the company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and its Unaudited Financial Statements for Q1 2026.
Aradel Holdings Plc filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on June 17, 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Among the items scheduled for discussion at the meeting are the receipt, consideration, and approval of two financial reports: the company's Audited Financial Statements for the full year ended December 31, 2025 (2025 AFS), and its Unaudited Financial Statements and Accounts for the three-month period ended March 31, 2026 (Q1 2026 UFS).
In connection with the pending release of these financial reports, Aradel Holdings confirmed that a Closed Period for trading in its shares remains in effect. The Closed Period will continue until 24 hours after both the 2025 AFS and the Q1 2026 UFS have been officially released on the floor of the NGX. During this period, the company stated that no insider or their connected persons are permitted to deal in the securities of the company.
