ARCON Elevates 45 Advertising Professionals to Fellowship Status in Nigeria

The Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (ARCON) recently conferred Fellowship status on 45 distinguished advertising professionals from various sectors in Nigeria during a ceremony in Lagos. The event highlighted the evolution of Nigeria's advertising profession and emphasized the importance of upholding ethical advertising practices.

Dr. Olalekan Fadolapo, ARCON's Director-General, stressed the significance of the Fellowship status as the highest honor within the council.

Mr. Emmanuel Ajufo, Chairman of the Fellowship Selection Committee, disclosed that out of 48 applications received, 45 candidates met the rigorous criteria for induction.

Fagad Abisoy Ayoyinka, the Director-General and CEO of the Nation Institute of Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR), expressed gratitude for the recognition bestowed by ARCON and commended the council's leadership for promoting excellence in the marketing communications ecosystem.
