ARM Declares N3.75 and N9.72 Dividends for MoFIREIT

ARM Investment Management Ltd announced cash distributions for the MoFIREIT (MREIF) Series 1 and 2 investors for the second half of 2025. The proposed dividends are N3.75 per unit for Series 1 and N9.72 per unit for Series 2, as stated in a formal corporate action notice filed with the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).

The announcement indicates that the dividends will be payable to investors whose names appear on the register as of the close of business on February 19, 2026. The Series II investors will receive a significantly higher dividend of N9.72 per unit, reflecting the distinct structure and varying risk profiles of the two units.

ARM emphasized the use of electronic dividend payments as part of its broader effort to improve operational efficiency and reduce unclaimed distributions. The dividend process will be managed by Africa Prudential Plc, which will provide dedicated contact channels for investor inquiries.

The MoFIREIT remains relatively stagnant on the NGX, being the 134th least traded stock as of November 20, 2025.
