Nigerian Army Arrests 28 Suspects, Recovers 290,000 Liters of Stolen Crude in Niger Delta

The Nigerian Army, led by Lt. Col. Danjuma Jonah, deactivated four illegal refineries and seized 290,000 liters of stolen crude products across the Niger Delta region. They arrested 28 suspects connected to oil theft activities in various locations like Port Harcourt, Abia State, and River State.

The operations also involved impounding tankers and intercepting wooden boats loaded with stolen products, showcasing a consolidated effort to combat oil theft in the region.
