Nigerian Troops Arrest 28 Oil Thieves in Niger Delta Crackdown

Nigerian troops, led by Lieutenant Colonel Danjuma Jonah, conducted successful operations in the Niger Delta region, resulting in the deactivation of illegal refineries and the arrest of 28 suspected oil thieves. The operations, which took place across River State and Abia State, led to the interception of stolen oil products and the seizure of tanker trucks.

The troops also recovered stolen crude oil and arrested suspects connected to oil theft activities along pipelines and waterways.
