Nigerian Army Launches Special Recruitment for Skilled Roles

The Nigerian Army has initiated a special recruitment exercise aimed at attracting skilled men and women for the 92 Regular Recruits Intake. Online registration for this recruitment is open from September 16 to October 21, 2026.

The initiative seeks to enlist Nigerians with technical skills in specialized military service areas, including boat operators, marine mechanics, electrical and mechanical engineers, and other technical apprentices. Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth and aged between 18 and 35 years as of October 21, 2026.

The Army has emphasized that the recruitment process is free of charge and has warned potential applicants against paying individuals or organizations that claim to facilitate recruitment. Interested candidates are encouraged to complete their applications online before the deadline to ensure their eligibility for this special intake.
