Arsenal Signs Georgian Forward Andria Bartishvili for 2027

Arsenal has announced a pre-contract agreement to sign 17-year-old Georgian forward Andria Bartishvili, who is set to join the Premier League club in July 2027. The announcement was made on Arsenal's official website on Friday, with the deal subject to the completion of regulatory processes.

Bartishvili, who will turn 18 upon his move to north London, can play as a winger or attacking midfielder. He is currently on loan at Iberia 1999 in the Georgian top flight, having previously joined from Kolkheti 1913.

Bartishvili made his Erovnuli Liga debut with Kolkheti in 2025 and was recognized as the division’s best Under-17 player at the end of that season. He moved to Iberia 1999 for the 2026 season, where he scored his first professional goal in May, securing a 1-0 victory over Gagra.

At the international level, Bartishvili has advanced through Georgia’s youth teams, scoring on his debut for the under-17s against Slovenia and making appearances for the under-21s.
