Arsenal Finalizes Trossard's Transfer to Besiktas

Arsenal Football Club has confirmed that they have reached an agreement with Turkish Super Lig side Besiktas for the permanent transfer of Belgian forward Leandro Trossard. The announcement was made on Tuesday, with Arsenal stating that the transfer fee has been agreed upon.

Trossard, who joined Arsenal in January 2023 from Brighton & Hove Albion for £27 million, is expected to travel to Istanbul to undergo a medical examination as part of the formalities to complete the transfer. The move is anticipated to conclude Trossard's spell at Arsenal, where he played a key role in helping the club win their first English top-flight title in 22 years and lift the FA Community Shield.

Trossard's performance has also been notable for Belgium, where he scored twice against New Zealand in the ongoing 2026 FIFA World Cup. Besiktas has acknowledged Trossard's arrival with a photo release on their website.
