Arokodare Set for Trabzonspor Loan from Wolverhampton

Tolu Arokodare is on the verge of completing a loan move from Wolverhampton Wanderers to Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig. Negotiations between the two clubs are reportedly in the final phase, with Wolverhampton optimistic that an agreement will be reached soon, ahead of the new season.

Trabzonspor is intensifying its search for a new striker following the departure of Felipe Augusto to Russian club Zenit. Arokodare has emerged as a preferred attacking option, and it is reported that Wolverhampton will sanction the temporary move, with Trabzonspor expected to assume responsibility for Arokodare's full annual salary, estimated at €3.7 million.

The two clubs are finalizing financial details of the proposed deal. Arokodare, a Nigerian international, is looking to secure playing time after a limited debut season in the English Premier League, where he featured in 33 league matches, scoring three goals and registering one assist.

He is expected to travel to Turkey next Monday to finalize the deal, which includes a medical examination.
