Aruoma Unveils Development Agenda for Ikwuano Constituency

Chidi Nkem Aruoma, a candidate for the House of Representatives seat representing the Ikwuano/Umuahia federal constituency, has outlined his development agenda aimed at leveraging business, public service, and international networks to drive economic growth and infrastructure development. His vision includes youth empowerment and a commitment to understanding community needs across the three local government areas.

Aruoma has a background as a former president of the Umuahia Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (UCCIMA) and has engaged with local and international business organizations to attract investment and create economic opportunities. He serves as the Secretary General of the Nigeria-Israel Business Forum and is a co-founder of the Nigeria-Bangladesh Business Technology Forum.

His previous roles include serving on the board of the Abia State Education Trust Fund and establishing the Umuahia Business School. Aruoma also aims to improve water supply and sanitation through projects supported by his experience on the Abia State Water and Waste Management Board.
