Asake Acquires New Maybach Amid World Tour

Nigerian singer Asake has expanded his luxury car collection by acquiring a 2026 Mercedes-Benz Maybach SL 680, valued at 1 billion naira. The purchase was confirmed via Instagram, where the vehicle was sourced from Polanco Exotic Cars, a luxury dealership in Lagos.

Although neither Asake nor the dealership disclosed the exact model price, it is noted that Maybach vehicles typically retail for hundreds of thousands of dollars, depending on trim and customization. This acquisition is part of Asake's growing collection, which includes high-end vehicles such as the Maybach GL 600 and a Brabus G800.

The new Maybach purchase comes as Asake is in the midst of his 'In God We Trust' world tour, which features 13 dates and supports his fourth studio album released in May. The tour will kick off with a headline performance at Afro Nation in Portimão, Portugal, on July 4, and will move to North America starting August 20 in Chicago, concluding at the Accor Arena in Paris.
