Shettima Honors Tinubu's Mother at Prayer Session

During the Annual Grand Prayer Session held in Abuja, Vice President Kashim Shettima honored the late Alhaja Abibatu Mogaji, mother of President Bola Tinubu, extolling her leadership legacy and commitment to the welfare of ordinary Nigerians. Shettima described Mogaji as a matriarch whose love extended beyond her family, shaping Nigeria's moral fabric.

He noted her significant contributions to the empowerment of market women and her efforts in community organization. Shettima emphasized that Mogaji's legacy would guide future generations, highlighting her role in instilling values of service and leadership in her son, President Tinubu.

He expressed gratitude for her life of service and prayed for her soul, asking Allah to grant her a place among the righteous. Additionally, Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari, a special adviser to the president, acknowledged Mogaji's dedication to serving others and announced the construction of 250 hand pump boreholes in her memory to provide clean water access to thousands in northern Nigeria.
