At Thought Pyramid Lagos, Auchi Art Royal Returns in Force

The Thought Pyramid Art Centre in Lagos recently hosted the timely and resonant exhibition "1499 Art Force," bringing together 14 distinguished alumni from Auchi Polytechnic in Edo State. This collective, known as the Auchi Art Royal, has a shared journey that dates back two decades to their graduation year in 1999.

The exhibition marks a new chapter for the group, now rebranded as the Auchi Art Royal, reflecting their heritage and aspirations. Olorogun Jeff Ajueshi, the founder and artistic director of Thought Pyramid, expressed pride in hosting the show, highlighting the gallery's commitment to artistic collaboration over nearly two decades.

The exhibition, running until August 25, showcases the mastery and creative power of the group, serving as a testament to their collective vision and enduring value. The Auchi Art Royal aims to inspire the next generation of artists to build a community and champion one another in the art world.
