Atiku, Obi, Amaechi Back ADC Primary Winner for 2027 Elections

Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Chibuike Amaechi have pledged support for the winner of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential primary for the 2027 elections. The ADC leadership, including Senator David Mark, held a meeting in Abuja where they ruled out adopting the Democratic Alliance (ADA) party.

Atiku, Obi, and Amaechi expressed interest in contesting for the party's presidential ticket. Notably, Atiku disowned a media consultant's statement.

The move signifies a shift in political alliances and strategies within the opposition coalition party ahead of the upcoming elections.
