Court Dismisses Kachikwu's Petition Against ADC

On a recent Friday, the Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed a petition filed by Ibe Kachikwu and others against the African Democratic Congress (ADC). The court ruled that the issues concerning party leadership and membership are non-justiciable.
