Zulum Urges Muslims for Divine Intervention Against Insecurity

Babagana Umara Zulum, the Governor of Borno State, has called on Muslims to engage in prayer for divine intervention against the insecurity plaguing the state, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan. This request was articulated in a statement by his special adviser, Dauda Iliya, while Zulum was in Saudi Arabia for the lesser hajj.

He emphasized the importance of unity and resilience among the Muslim community in confronting the common enemy of insecurity. Zulum expressed condolences to those who have lost loved ones in recent attacks and reassured the people of Borno State that his administration will continue to provide necessary support to military and security agencies to combat the threats posed by insurgents and terrorists.
