Legal Battle Over 9mobile Ownership Heads to Court of Appeal

Alhaji Abubakar Ismaila Isa has filed an appeal at the Court of Appeal challenging a ruling by the Federal High Court in Abuja related to the ownership of 9mobile. The dispute involves the alleged illegal transfer of 43 million ordinary shares of Teleolog Nigeria Limited.

Isa's legal team, led by Femi Atteh, argues that the lower court failed to recognize their legal standing to sue. The case also involves other parties like Seltrix Limited, Hayatu Hassan Hadejia, Moham Edewor, and Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma.

The appeal focuses on the issue of locus standi and the existence of a trust regarding the disputed shares.
