Bauchi Commissioner Accused of Terrorism Financing Granted N500 Million Bail

The Bauchi commissioner accused of financing terrorism, Adamu, was granted bail of N500 million by Justice Emeka Nwite. The EFCC arraigned Adamu and others for alleged terror financing worth $9.7 million.

The defendants were ordered to be remanded in custody pending a hearing on January 5. The defense pleaded not guilty, seeking a trial date to present evidence.

The court directed two sureties to provide proof of land ownership in Abuja and imposed strict bail conditions.
