Charly Boy Reflects on 48 Years of Marriage Challenges

Charly Boy, also known as Charles Oputa, shared his thoughts on marriage during an interview with Yanga FM, stating that being married to one woman for 48 years can become boring. He humorously likened the experience to eating the same meal, such as egusi soup, repeatedly over the years.

Despite this, he acknowledged that the success of a long-lasting marriage relies on constant management, understanding, and the ability to resolve disagreements. He noted that conflicts are common in marriages, comparing the dynamics to a "Tom and Jerry" relationship where quarrels occur daily but are ultimately resolved.
