APC Denies Affiliation with Wanted Terrorist as Fake Membership Card Surfaces

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has disassociated itself from Bello Turji, a wanted terrorist, following the circulation of a fake APC membership card bearing his name on social media. The party clarified that Turji is not a registered member and described the document as a complete fabrication with no connection to its official membership database.

The fake membership slip falsely claimed registration in a non-existent ward in Zamfara State, exposing multiple inconsistencies. APC accused unnamed individuals of attempting to damage the party's reputation through misinformation.

In a statement issued by Felix Morka, the National Public Secretary of the APC, the party urged members and the public to disregard the fake document entirely, emphasizing that it holds no credibility. The APC categorically denied any link to Bello Turji, who is known as a bandit leader involved in deadly attacks in the North-West region.
