Gov Otti Celebrates Ambassador Bianca on Her Birthday

In a birthday message, Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti commended Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, describing her as a tremendous asset to the Igbo nation, Nigeria, and humanity.
