Blessing CEO Granted N10m Bail in N69m Fraud Case

Okoro Bless, popularly known as Blessing CEO, was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos, on charges of obtaining N69.15 million under false pretenses and theft. The alleged fraud involved the Hope Chiropract Health Clinic Limited, where she purportedly claimed ownership of a property located at No 1 Tunbosun Osobu Street, Lekki, and leased it to the company for five years.

The EFCC accused her of dishonestly converting the sum of N69,150,000, which she allegedly knew was obtained fraudulently. Justice R.

Oshodi presided over the case, where Blessing CEO pleaded not guilty to the charges. Following her plea, the prosecution requested a trial date and urged the court to remand her in EFCC custody.

The court adjourned the matter until July 16, 2026, to hear a bail application and commence the trial.
