Blessing CEO's Fraud Trial Adjourned Due to Illness

Blessing Okoro Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, did not attend her trial at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, due to reported illness. Her lawyer informed the court that she was unable to attend proceedings while in prison custody.

The charges against Blessing Okoro Nkiruka include obtaining the sum of N36,000,000.00 under false pretenses related to the lease of a six-bedroom detached duplex located at 1B Tunbosun Osobu Street, off Kuboy Road, Lekki, Lagos State, in violation of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act of 2006.
