Bolaji Abdullahi Alleges APC Sponsorship of ADC Faction

Bolaji Abdullahi, a prominent figure in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), publicly condemned a new faction within the party during an appearance on Channel Television on Tuesday night. He alleged that this faction is being sponsored by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and is attempting to destabilize the ADC by instigating state chairmen against the party.

Abdullahi's comments came in the wake of the removal of David Mark from leadership, which he claimed has led to a split within the ADC into three factions. The factions include a coalition led by David Mark, a group led by Nafiu Gomb, and another supporting Dumebi Kachikwu's presidential candidacy.

Abdullahi emphasized that the legitimacy of the new faction's leadership is questionable and indicative of the depth of the crisis facing the ADC. He expressed concerns that the actions of this faction could undermine the party's stability and unity.
