Borno Governor Releases N3.4bn for Foreign Student Scholarships

Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum, released N3.4 billion for outstanding scholarships to foreign students. The funds cover tuition, accommodation, visa extensions, and upkeep allowances for 301 students studying worldwide.

Dr. Isa Bala, Executive Secretary of the Borno State Scholarship Board, emphasized the importance of education as a critical investment in the state's future.
