Court Affirms Nenadi Usman as Labour Party Chair, Sacks Julius Abure

The Federal High Court in Abuja affirmed the removal of Julius Abure as the national chairman of the Labour Party, recognizing Nenadi Usman as the leader of the party. The court upheld the validity of Usman's caretaker committee, in line with the party's leadership rules.

The judgment also directed INEC to immediately recognize Usman as the party's leader. This ruling follows a previous Supreme Court judgment regarding Abure's tenure expiration.
