Court Dismisses Ex-AGF Nwabuoku's No-Case Submission in N868m Money Laundering Trial

The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the no-case submission filed by former Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) Chukwuyenr Nwabuoku in a money laundering trial. Justice Jame Omotosho ruled that the prosecution had established a prima facie case against Nwabuoku, requiring him to enter a defense.

The charges of money laundering were brought by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and involve around N868 million. Nwabuoku is now set to face further legal proceedings in the case.
