INEC Officially Recognizes David Mark's ADC Leadership

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has updated its official portal to reflect the leadership of David Mark in the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as of April 30. This recognition follows a Supreme Court ruling that affirmed Mark's leadership, nullifying the previous status quo established by a Court of Appeal ruling.

The Supreme Court deemed the lower court's interference unnecessary and improper, thereby clearing the path for Mark's administration. The ADC's portal had previously been temporarily suspended due to a conflict arising from court decisions.

With this update, Mark's team, including Rauf Aregbesola, can fully resume their roles, restoring administrative order within the party after a period of leadership uncertainty.
