BUA Cement Plc Board Meeting Scheduled for October 20, 2026

BUA Cement Plc filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on Monday, 12 October 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

The primary agenda item disclosed in the filing is the consideration of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2026.

In line with the post-listing requirements of the NGX applicable to listed companies, BUA Cement has activated a closed period for trading in its shares. The closed period commenced on 1 October 2026 and will remain in effect until twenty-four hours after the company releases its Unaudited Financial Statements to the NGX and the investing public.
