BUA Cement Plc Q3 2026 Results Approved by Board

BUA Cement Plc (BUACEMENT) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, 20th October 2026, in Lagos, Nigeria.

At the meeting, the Board considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2026. The company stated that these financial statements will be submitted to NGX via its Issuers' Portal on or before 30th October 2026.

In line with standard regulatory practice, the company confirmed that a Closed Period remains in force. This restriction will stay in effect until twenty-four hours after the financial statements have been formally filed with the exchange.
