BUA Foods Plc reported unaudited half-year results for the period ended 30 June 2026, showing revenue of ₦765.1 billion, down 16% from ₦912.5 billion in H1 2025. The decline was attributed to lower selling prices and softer consumer demand across its Sugar, Flour, and Rice segments, with Sugar revenue falling 18% to ₦327 billion, Flour dropping 27% to ₦276.2 billion, and Rice declining 20% to ₦31.3 billion.

Operating Profit grew 13% to ₦320.5 billion, while net finance costs dropped 38% to ₦5.6 billion. Profit After Tax reached ₦292.3 billion, up 12%, with Earnings Per Share rising 12% to ₦16.24.
