Bayern Munich in Talks to Extend Harry Kane's Contract Beyond 2023

Bayern Munich is currently in negotiations to extend Harry Kane's contract beyond August 2023. The club's sporting director, Max Eberl, confirmed that Kane, who joined from Tottenham Hotspur, signed a four-year deal worth an initial €100 million.

Kane has been prolific for Bayern Munich, scoring 119 goals and providing 30 assists in 126 appearances across competitions. Despite a successful spell, Kane has expressed a desire to return to the Premier League.

Bayern Munich's CEO, Jan-Christian Dreesen, mentioned that there is no rush to make a decision, emphasizing Kane's confidence and comfort in Munich. Kane has been instrumental in Bayern's performance, helping them secure the second spot in the Champions League group phase.

The negotiations are ongoing, with Kane aiming to potentially surpass former Bayern striker Robert Lewandowski's record of 41 goals in a single Bundesliga campaign.
