Bode George Urges Tinubu to Control Wike's Actions

Bode George, the former Deputy National Chairman of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), has condemned the actions of Nyesom Wike, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, asserting that Wike's claims to speak on behalf of a faction of the PDP are unacceptable. George emphasized that Wike is no longer a member of the PDP, having been expelled during a convention in Ibadan last November.

He expressed concern over Wike's conduct during the recent elections in Abuja, describing it as an embarrassment and indicative of a power-drunk attitude. George advised President Bola Tinubu to call Wike to order to prevent further crises that could affect Nigeria and potentially the entire African continent.

He criticized the current administration for allowing Wike's behavior to continue, warning that it could lead to significant repercussions reminiscent of historical political failures in Nigeria.
