Canadian Court Did Not Declare Us A Terrorist Organisation – APC Clarifies Ruling

The All Progressives Congress (APC) clarified that a Canadian court did not declare them a terrorist organization, contrary to earlier reports. The clarification came after a statement by the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Felix Morka, addressing the ruling in a case involving Douglas Egharevba and the Canadian Immigration Appeal Division.

Egharevba had sought a judicial review of a decision that deemed him inadmissible to Canada under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. The APC emphasized that Egharevba's claim of membership in the party since 2007 was false, as the party was only registered in 2013.

The statement reiterated that the court never made a determination on the question of terrorism in the case.
