Alhaji Aliyu Oroji Wamakko expressed concerns over the impact on property development and employment in the country. Despite assurances from the cement industry, prices have exceeded expectations, leading to a 100% rise in annual rents for self-contained apartments in urban centers like Abuja and Lagos.
