Chams Holding Company Board Meeting: Q3 2026 Financials Due

Chams Holding Company Plc filed a board meeting notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 26th October 2026, disclosing that its 83rd Board of Directors' Meeting was scheduled to hold on the same date. The primary agenda item for the meeting was the consideration of the Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements covering the period ended 30 September 2026, along with other related matters within the period under review.

In line with NGX listing requirements, Chams declared a closed period for trading in its shares by insiders and their connected persons. The closed period commenced on Thursday, 1 October 2026 and is set to run until twenty-four hours after the unaudited financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2026 have been published or released to the investing public.
