Chams Holding Company Board Meeting Set for April 27, 2026

Chams Holding Company Plc (CHAMS) has filed a notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) disclosing that its 81st Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled to hold on Monday, 27th April 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting is the consideration of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter period ended 31st March 2026.

In line with NGX post-listing requirements, the company confirmed that a closed period for trading in its shares by insiders and their connected persons is currently in effect. This closed period commenced on 1st January 2026 and will remain in place until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st March 2026 have been published or released to the investing public.
