Chams Holding Company Appoints Two Non-Executive Directors

Chams Holding Company Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of the appointment of Mr. Femi Okanlawon and Mr. Olabisi Makanjuola as Non-Executive Directors, effective 1st May 2026. The filing, dated 5th May 2026, includes the profiles of both appointees and notes that CAC filings are still being concluded.

Chams Holding Company Plc has disclosed to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors, Mr. Femi Okanlawon and Mr. Olabisi Makanjuola, both effective 1st May 2026.

Mr. Okanlawon holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Yaba College of Technology, an M.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business both from Lagos State University, and a certification in the Advanced Management Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He founded two CBN-licensed institutions — Snow Microfinance Bank Limited and Snow Financial Company Limited — and previously served as the first General Manager of Super Card Limited within the Chams Group, where he is credited with pioneering the group's first card technology.

Mr. Makanjuola is a Partner and head of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Olaniwun Ajayi LP. He is a Lagos Business School alumnus, immediate past Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Lagos Branch, and a member of the Governing Council of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse. He was recognised as a "Rising Star" by Legal 500 in April 2022.

The company stated that the notification is issued for regulatory compliance and transparency purposes while CAC filings are being finalised.
