Chef Hilda Baci Completes Massive Jollof Cook for Guinness Record

Chef Hilda Baci completed her ambitious Jollof rice cooking endeavor at Eko Hotels in Lagos, aiming to break the Guinness World Record for the largest pot of Jollof rice. The event, lasting around 10 hours, saw Baci adjusting the quantity to 200 bags of 20kg Basmati rice due to logistical constraints.

Notable personalities, including the First Lady of Ogun State and actress Funke Akindele, graced the occasion. The final cooked rice, estimated to weigh over 14,000 kilograms, showcased Baci's culinary prowess and determination to achieve a historic milestone in Nigerian cuisine.
