Hilda Baci Sets Guinness Record with Giant Jollof Pot

Nigerian celebrity chef Hilda Baci successfully completed a Guinness World Record attempt for the largest pot of jollof rice at Eko Hotels & Suites in Lagos. The massive dish included 200 bags of basmati rice, 500 cartons of tomato concentrate, 750 kg of oil, and 600 kg of onions.

Baci's feat attracted a crowd of fans and notable personalities, including Ogun State First Lady Bamidele Abiodun and actress Funke Akindele. The event, part of the Gino World Jollof Festival, showcased Baci's culinary skills and determination, with live performances adding to the festive atmosphere.
